Join the PureStay Sales Team

We’re hiring sharp, motivated sales reps to join our outreach team. You’ll visit luxury and upscale apartment communities in your territory and represent PureStay — a premium tenant engagement service that helps apartment managers boost retention, marketing, and resident culture through high-end events.

This is 100% commission-based and built for reps who are confident in their ability to connect, communicate, and close.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visit 5 properties/day (we provide 20+ qualified leads/week)
• Speak directly with property managers about our tenant programs
• Deliver information packets and introduce the brand

Earnings Potential:

Top-performing reps are earning $6,000+/month by following our structure. You’ll earn 10% per deal, depending on the package tier and performance, up to $600. With 20+ warm leads/week, consistent closers are seeing fast results.

Who This Is For:

• Self-motivated, punctual, and professionally presentable
• Strong communicator — especially face-to-face
• Comfortable walking into properties and having direct conversations
• No prior experience required — training is provided
• Must have access to reliable transportation (this is a territory-based role, but routes are local — no long-distance travel required)
