We are hiring sharp, motivated reps to visit luxury and upscale apartment communities in your territory and represent PureStay, a premium resident-engagement program that boosts retention, marketing, and community culture through high-end events.
This role is 100% commission based. It fits people who know how to connect, communicate, and close.
What you will be doing
- Visit 5 properties per day
- Speak directly with property managers about resident programs
- Deliver information packets and introduce the brand
- We provide 20+ qualified leads per week
- Clear structure, simple tools, fast feedback
- Training included, no prior experience required
Earnings potential
Top performers earn $6,000+/month by following our structure. You earn 10% per deal based on package tier and performance, up to $600 per deal. With 20+ warm leads each week, consistent closers see results quickly.
