PureStay started with something simple. A leasing tour.
Allana Roscoe was looking for a new apartment when she noticed something that kept repeating. The properties looked fine. The units were updated, the amenities were polished, but the feeling was off. Residents weren't connected. Staff didn’t seem to know anyone by name. It felt more like a collection of doors than a place to live.
That experience stuck with her. She wanted to build something better.
She started PureStay to help apartment communities create real connection. Not just one-time events or occasional giveaways, but a consistent sense of community that made people want to stay. What began as a personal project turned into a full-scale retention service built around one idea: when residents feel at home, they’re more likely to stay.
PureStay is not an events company or a marketing agency. We’re a retention partner.
We work with apartment teams to keep residents happy, engaged, and loyal. We plan and host on-site experiences, gather feedback, and provide clear reporting that shows what’s working. Our systems are designed to reduce turnover, improve reviews, and make life easier for the people managing the property.
We aim to save properties more money than we cost. And we do it in a way that residents actually enjoy.
PureStay is built by people who’ve worked inside this industry. Many of our team members come from leasing, consulting, or management backgrounds. We know the pressure on-site teams face. We know how hard it is to retain good residents. That’s why everything we do is built to support your team, not create more work.
Allana started this company with no outside funding and no shortcuts. She invested her own time, learned every role firsthand, and built the foundation one client at a time. That same work ethic still drives how we operate.
We care about the residents, the staff, and the long-term health of every community we serve. If you’re trying to build something stronger than just occupancy, we’d love to help.
